Odenton Maryland is a small community with about 21,000 residents located in Anne Arundel County Maryland.  Odenton is located just outside of the entrance to Fort Meade which makes it a popular housing community for Fort Meade military and government employees.   In addition, Odenton is conveniently located close to several major commuting routes which include Route 32, the Baltimore Washington Parkway/Route 295 which runs North and South, Route 97, and Route 100 that will take you to Baltimore or Washington DC in about 30 minutes.

Housing choices and real estate within the community of Odenton include town homes, single family homes, and condominiums.   Odenton offers dozens of neighborhoods with one sure to meet your housing needs.  Some of the most popular with our customers in the past are detailed below.

Seven Oaks is just outside the gates to Fort Meade.  We've had customers walk and bike to work (a bit of a stretch for me!).  This community is made up primarily of townhomes but also offers single family homes, large duplexes, back-to-back townhomes, and a small condo community.  Homes in Seven Oaks were built starting in the later 1980's and continue with new construction being done now to complete the community.  Originally a smallish community, recent additions to Seven Oaks include an elementary school, shopping center with grocery store, apartment complexes and a state of the art day care center.  There are also several community recreation areas, walking paths and a community center with pool.  If you're looking to buy in Seven Oaks you can budget for a condo in the $230,000 range, townhomes ranging from $250,000 - $400,000 and single family homes in the $350,000 - $450,000 range.
