Odenton Maryland is a suburban community of about 21,000 residents located in Anne Arundel County Maryland. Odenton is located just outside of the entrance to Fort Meade which makes it a popular housing community for Fort Meade military and government employees. In addition, Odenton is conveniently located close to several major commuting routes which include Route 32 The Baltimore Washington Parkway/Route 295 which runs North and South, Route 97, and Route 100 that will take you to Baltimore or Washington DC in about 30 minutes.

The Seven Oaks subdivision in Odenton is a community of over 550 homes including back-to-back town homes priced at about $275,000, traditional town homes priced right around $300,000, luxury garage town homes priced in the $375,000 range and single family homes priced at $400,000+. The subdivision was built in the early 1990's to keep pace with the growing demand for affordable housing in Anne Arundel County. The single family homes within the neighborhood are upscale, larger homes with basements and garages. The community is located just 5 minutes to Fort Meade and Route 32 at 175 interchange.
