Odenton Maryland is a suburban community of about 21,000 residents located in Anne Arundel County Maryland.  Odenton is located just outside of the entrance to Fort Meade which makes it a popular housing community for Fort Meade military and government employees.   In addition, Odenton is conveniently located close to several major commuting routes which include Route 32  The Baltimore Washington Parkway/Route 295 which runs North and South, Route 97, and Route 100 that will take you to Baltimore or Washington DC in about 30 minutes.

The Seven Oaks subdivision in Odenton is a community of over 550 homes including back-to-back town homes priced at about $275,000, traditional town homes priced right around $300,000, luxury garage town homes priced in the $375,000 range and single family homes priced at $400,000+.  The subdivision was built in the early 1990's to keep pace with the growing demand for affordable housing in Anne Arundel County.   The single family homes within the neighborhood are upscale, larger homes with basements and garages.  The community is located just 5 minutes to Fort Meade and Route 32 at 175 interchange.   Amenities include a community pool, tennis courts, tot lots, walking paths, elementary school, neighborhood shopping center & daycare as well as a recently built Elementary school (pcitured below).

The Lions Gate subdivision in Odenton features condominium homes priced from the low $200,000 and three level townhomes priced in the low to mid $300,000 range.  This adorable community is located just off of Route 32 at Burns Crossing road which is less than a 10 minute commute to Fort Meade and almost and equal commute to both DC and Baltimore.

The Kings Ransom subdivision in Odenton is located just on the edge of Piney Orchard and very close to the Odenton MARC station which makes it convenient for commuters.  Walk or bike to the station!  This community is made up of two and three level town homes priced from the low to mid $200,000 range.

The Four Seasons Estates subdivision in Odenton offers a  community of single family homes and duplexes and is located very close to Piney Orchard.  These homes were built post 1990.  The sister community of Four Seasons in Gambrills is made up primarily of single family homes built in the 1970's and homes for sale range from the low $300,000 to about $400,000.

The Chapel Gate subdivision in Odenton is a community made up primarily of duplex style housing.   The homes were built in the late 1970's and early 1980's.  Home in Chapel gate typically sell in the mid $200,000 range.  this very affordable community offers excellent commuting to and from Fort Meade.
