These homes were built in the 1970's but because it's such a great neighborhood, you'll find that many of these homes have been fully renovated so they look like new and many of them have additions. Homeowners in this are tend to improve their homes rather than move. Four Seasons is within walking distance of the Elementary school and offers a community pool that is available for a paid membership fee.
