Gambrills Maryland is a suburban community of about 7,200 residents located in Anne Arundel County Maryland.  Gambrills is located about 10 minutes to Fort Meade between the cities of Odenton and Crofton.  Because of it's of small size you won't find a large variety of housing.  What is available ranges from duplexes in the high $250,000 range to modest single family homes priced under $400,000 and a few small neighborhoods of luxury single family homes with acreage.  Gambrills is a favorite with our past customers!

Housing choices within the community include duplexes, single family homes, luxury single family homes with acreage and 55+ age restricted elevator condominiums.  The majority of homes in Severn are single family homes.  The city is made up of dozens of communities.  Some of the most popular with our Fort Meade area home buyers and renters have been:

The Four Seasons Estates subdivision in Gambrills is a community of about 1,200 duplexes and single family homes including ranch or rambler style, two level split foyer, and two level colonial homes priced between $300,000 and $400,000.  These homes were built in the 1970's but because it's such a great neighborhood, you'll find that many of these homes have been fully renovated so they look like new and many of them have additions.  Homeowners in this are tend to improve their homes rather than move.  Four Seasons is within walking distance of the Elementary school and offers a community pool that is available for a paid membership fee.

The Crofton Farms in Gambrills is a mixture of single family homes, luxury townhomes with two car garages, and elevator town homes.  While it maintains a Gambrills address, the property is actually right on the border of Crofton across from the Waugh Chapel Shopping center.  This is one of Gambrill's newest communities

The Saddlebrook subdivision in Gambrills offers a fabulous community of about 120 luxury single family homes on .25 acre lots or more.  Most of these homes have finished basements and are priced between $650,000 and $750,000.

The Bretton Woods subdivision in Gambrills is a community of just over 100  single family homes priced in the $500,000 - $550,000 range.  The homes are a unique contemporary style and most offer lots of right around 2 acres.
